  4. Train & Build
    Training and building are parallel processes. We teach the robot to recognize common document types like Invoices, purchase orders, and receipts, and it automatically understands new documents with the help of AI (artificial intelligence), which extracts structured content.

  5. Release
    Migration from the AS-IS process to the TO-BE process occurs gradually by releasing the robots piece by piece, rather than implementing it all at once. This approach helps people better understand the changes and facilitates their adaptation, even to minor adjustments.
