Prodigy’s Digital Transformation Manager, Mahmoud brings a wealth of experience and innovation to drive digital excellence and business growth.
Mahmoud boasts over a decade of experience within the software industry. His expertise extends to guiding organizations through their digital journeys, leveraging a diverse range of technologies including RPA, BPA, ERP, Machine Learning, E-commerce, IoT, and No-Code platforms.
Throughout his career, Mahmoud has lent his talents to organizations, spanning startups to multinational corporations. His focus has consistently been on ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering team growth. This has been achieved by implementing tailored frameworks and methodologies, such as Agile, ITIL, TOGAF, and ISTQB.
Mahmoud has made significant contributions to many business processes across various industries, including Finance, HR, Sales, Contact Centers, Telecommunications, Electrical, and Water Utilities Devices. He has a proven ability to lead teams with diverse skill sets, comprising Software Development Engineers, Quality Assurance experts, Business Analysts, Operations & Support personnel, and Pre-sales professionals, all within a multicultural context.
