After working in numerous executive roles in North America in software companies including Sage, Donal returned to Ireland to found Prodigy with one simple goal: to build a world-class Salesforce consulting firm that puts the customer first and helps them to understand how technology can grow their business without being complicated, or reserved for companies with deep pockets.

Michael is responsible for making sure that the business is using the latest technology and keeping up with the tech world to provide best in class solutions to our clients. His background and years of experience also allow him to implement procedures and structure that needs to be followed within the business. Michael manages the Development Team and provides guidance to Sales and Marketing to ensure they have the tools needed to perform their tasks. He reports directly to the CEO and looks after the tech requirements and product development for the business.

Hailing from South Africa, Michelle successfully managed a group of over 36 companies, handling their intergroup and intercompany transactions. Her addition to our team strengthens our vision of achieving greater heights and delivering exceptional value to our clients.

Emma leads the implementation team at Prodigy. Her team finds simple, automated ways to ease the pain of complex manual processes for her clients. In addition to arming them with insights and information, Emma ensures the onboarding, discovery and implementation for every client is not just seamless, but exceptional.

Hector Carballosa, our Salesforce Practice Manager for Aviation, holds an impressive 9x Salesforce certifications and brings a robust aviation industry background. Leading our Aviation Practice, Hector's extensive experience with ERP systems and deep understanding of Salesforce solutions sets him apart. His focus on aviation intricacies enhances our practice, and with his team, he delivers innovative solutions for clients across North America, the UK, and Ireland.Hector's strategic insights and collaborative approach, coupled with his team's efforts, ensure excellence in solution delivery. His unique perspective and commitment to excellence are poised to elevate and innovate within our Salesforce Aviation practice at Prodigy.

Mahmoud boasts a wealth of experience, encompassing over a decade in the software industry.  Mahmoud's leadership extends across diverse industries, where he prioritizes customer satisfaction and team growth, implementing frameworks like Agile, ITIL, and TOGAF.As a seasoned expert in RPA, BPA, ERP, Machine Learning, and more, he leads Prodigy's commitment to harnessing cutting-edge technology and Salesforce for exceptional client results.

Connor runs the marketing department at Prodigy. With over a decade of experience in building and motivating SaaS marketing teams, his goal is to help people understand why Prodigy is different and how their services plus Salesforce can change their business for the better.

Paul has over a decade of experience as a senior Salesforce administrator before joining the Prodigy team. He has multiple product consultant certifications from Salesforce and even runs his own user Salesforce user groups on ‘flow’ on social media.

Robin is a Salesforce certified consultant with 7+ years of technical support experience having implemented Accounting/Financial systems, from Small to Medium sized both on-premises and cloud products.

Pavan Patel, is a seasoned Salesforce expert with an impressive journey in Salesforce development. He is an accomplished leader who brings a wealth of experience and a dynamic approach to our talented crew. Pavan has held previous consultancy positions at IBM & Syntel and senior positions at Accenture and Larsen & Toubro Infotech.His extensive experience spans operations management, Salesforce implementation, and development, earning him the reputation of a Salesforce.com expert. Pavan is known for his skills in cutting-edge technologies and holds particular expertise in Salesforce Lightning

Yvonne Gutierrez has over a decade of experience in software operations, project management, customer success and Salesforce implementation. She has worked with both software companies and service providers serving Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients in the UK, all over the US and Ireland. Yvonne is now senior project manager at Prodigy and her role ensures the team truly understand client expectations, delivering on them on time and on budget but most importantly, with the expected outcome for the customer.
