Advanced enable their teams to provide right-first-time solutions that evolve with the changing needs of their customers. A paper-based business, they needed to optimise their systems, and to standardise both their processes and customer-facing documents. Instead of creating paper quotes and orders, Advanced wanted a fully integrated and automated way of generating and tracking these quotes. “We were victims of our own success and had not paid enough attention to optimising our business,” explains Conor McMahon, Advanced Head of Sales.

We implemented Conga, a document generating tool that sits on Salesforce, and also configured a customised, complex quote and order process featuring products, price books, and templates.

The solution drove immediate savings and resulted in a significant increase in productivity for the Advanced Systems team. With each sales representative saving approximately 20 hours per month, it allowed the team to move to higher value work, including securing new business.
